How do I book an appliance repair?
Call 07446 966681 or send the callback form with the appliance, make, model and fault. We'll arrange an engineer for your area.
Do you offer same day repairs?
We aim for same or next day where engineer availability allows. Call early for the best chance of a same-day slot.
What information should I have ready?
The type of appliance, make, model number (usually on a sticker inside the door or on the back), what it's doing and any error code on the display.
Do you repair all makes?
We repair all major makes including Bosch, Siemens, Neff, Miele, Samsung, LG, Hotpoint, Indesit, Beko, Zanussi, AEG and Whirlpool.
What if my appliance isn't worth repairing?
The engineer will tell you honestly. Older, cheaper appliances with expensive faults are sometimes better replaced.
Do you repair gas appliances?
Gas work must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Tell us if your appliance is gas when you get in touch.
